LE Identify and Remove Quest Items

I'd like to see a mod that removes the Quest Item flag from quest items, so that they can be dropped, sold, stashed, etc. I don't mind if it changes their weight or adds to my encumbrance - I just want control over my inventory and the ability to decide for myself whether to eliminate a quest item from my inventory. Especially if I do not intend to complete the quest for whatever reason.

 

But (and here come the caveats):

1) I'd like to easily know that the item IS a quest item. Perhaps a renaming (like "(Quest) Ring of Jamaican Falsetto" or even just an asterix before the name - something sortable, preferably.

2) A warning dialogue before selling / removing from inventory would be appreciated. Something like "Ring of Jamaican Falsetto is a Quest item. Are you sure you want to remove it from your inventory?"

3) In the event that the item is sold, I'd like to somehow ensure that it never leaves the inventory of the merchant to whom it is sold - so that I can buy it back again, should I decide to complete the quest later. At a reasonable profit for the merchant, of course.
