Fallout 4 Mod - Fast travel points end in nothing

For some time now I have been trying to link 2 mods (my basement and a vault mod) with fast travel points. Either by linking doors (one in the Basement and one in the Vault) or by using AutoLoadDoor.

In both cases, my character ends up in black nothing! If I look at the map, I am still at the starting point.

I have tested my approach with vanilla places in the game with the result that it works. I have no more idea why the fast trip to the Vault Mod does not work. Does anyone know advice?

Unfortunately I am not a professional in Creative Kit from Bethesda. My English is not so good either, so please excuse that.
