NPC dialogue glitches

Dear NV modding masters,

 

i've managed to have a stable game but i have difficulties to find the culprit of my current problem:

almost every NPC i've met has "im hurt and need help doc" dialogue, then they'll do nothing when i choose it. (not a big problem to the game, but still..)

 

anyone has an idea what is the source to the problem i have?

(and perhaps a recommendation of my current load order; what do you think necessary, whats not)

I believe that's a known bug in A World of Pain. Try the "hairylegs222s AWOP Fixes V6" patch in the optional files.
