Bound weapons summon, but dooesn't appear

So I summon a bound weapon, and the animation goes off, yet despite the timer ticking down I can't attack or block with them. Yet the one handed, and two handed animations play fine (All but the attacking obviously.) And as the title suggest they dont ever appear in my hand. Below is my load order, The main mods I am using that impact bound weapons are Ordinator, colorful magic and arcanum. To any who can help me resolve this, thank you.
