Cant Launch Witcher 3

Hello i am new to modding and i when i load the witcher 3 game with mods i get this error:

Error [content0]game\types.ws(52): Enum 'EAreaName' already defined.

Error [content0]game\types.ws(68): Enum 'EDlcAreaName' already defined.

I dont know what it is as i have removed every mod one by one individually trying to see what the issue is but i cant make the game to work, but when i remove the whole mod folder it works. I have tried everything online and tried script manage but i dont really know how to use it. You can see what mods i have in the attachment.
