joseph011296
I like the look of Blackreach, in particular I like the central fort area. Every time I'm in Blackreach I think to myself... "this place would make a great place for a mercenary headquarters"I don't have time to learn to use the tools but I've seen great mods come out of this community and I think this is possibleAfter completing the main quest segments in Blackreach the player is approached by a group of mercenaries looking for a leader and a base. You can take them to the fort inside Blackreach and help them clear it of falmer and other beasties. They make you the leader and you can start rebuilding/cleaning up the insides of the fort. After the a few basic building steps are done and the fort is usable one of the mercenaries suggests having contracts with the guilds of skyrim. If the player is a decently high rank or the master of a guild he can help create a agreement between them. This adds more merchants, "generic" Mercenaries, and armor variety between the npcs. Players can then do things like have mercs fortify, guard the lifts to skyrim or the entrances from other Dwemer ruins and hire out the Mercs as guards to merchants, traders, and smaller towns. The various buildings and facilities in Blackreach that are ruined can be repaired to grant further bonus's to the Company.
