Purple skin texture during customization screen

I have played through the intro sequence a million times, reconfigured conflicting files, and have reinstalled every mod but I still get these purple skin textures. I can't find an explanation (atleast for vortex) anywhere and I really don't want to have to uninstall/reinstall the entire game and configure all my mods again so do any of you have an idea?
