Flauschkatze
I posted about it recently: Skyrim crashes at the intro, during the ride on the wagon. I was told to go through a checklist to get Skyrim back to vanilla-state, which i did. I turned on FXAA, i turned it off. I put the Soundoutput to 44,1k / 16. I tried it in windowed mode. instead of installing it from my DVD, i tried it by downloading. My specs should be sufficient (settings automaticly set to high) and my drivers are all up to date. I dont have any mods installed, and there are no leftover pieces of mods, as i wiped every single folder off my HDD. The only thing that bugs me is when i try to verify skyrim via steam, it always tells me that theres one file missing and it will be downloaded. After that, nothing happens. I can verify it 5 times in a row, same result: 1 file missing. I can restart my machine and it leads to the same results. The guide to make Skyrim vanilla again tells me that there should be a folder called "reslist", right beneath Data, DotnetFX and so on. I seem to lack that one. I deleted a file in my skyrim folder, which got replaced by the repairmodule, but i still get the message that i lack 1 damn file and i have no clue where to get it.
