Bugged blacksmith, cannot craft desired item.

Hello.

 

I installed Skyrim, my next step was getting mods. I've ended with these.

I've started a new game and when I got to the first blacksmith I can't make a simple dagger, becasue there is no option for it!

I have only two options which you can see below.

I installed some blacksmith mod earlier, but I unistalled it. Now I am stucked with only these two options.

 

And possibilites to return it to previous state?
