Electrus, Infernus and Glacius (W/Arrows)

I have begun work on a HUGE quest mod. It will add 3 quests all comprable in size to "Mehrunes Razor". I thought there weren't enough "Bwuahahahahah kill them all!" type weapons in Oblivion, but I wanted to be balanced, so I'm creating huge, difficult quests that you must be EXTREMELY powerful to attempt. My dillema comes in on the weapons themselves. I've already written scripts and created enchantments for the three weapons. Unfortunately, I have little(to no) experience with NIFskope OR texturing tools. Electrus is to be an Elven-esque mace, with similar color scheme to the Elven mace, but longer and with small bolts of electricity humming around it. Infernus is a longsword supposed to represent (kind of) Oblivion and Hell, the hilt would preferably be black, leatherbound with a flame pommel (dark metal flame design with a few flames coming off of it please), curved, pointed crosstrees, and the blade would hopefully begin with a skull seeming to "scream" fire out of it's mouth (again, dark metal flame design with a few flames coming off of it). Glacius will probobly be the easiest of them all, just a bow that seems to be made of ice, a silver hand grip, and an ice blue string (let your imagination go wild with this one). Now, the arrows for Glacius, which I call "Icicle Shafts" would hopefully be icicles with snowflake fletchings, difficult I know, but I know how everyone likes a challenge :D. If any one can help me PLEASE DO it would be much appreciated, I hope to have some concept art scanned and uploaded sometime soon. I'll put off work for about 2 months to see weather or not I need to just substitute with a Daedric Longsword, an Elven Mace, and a Silver Bow, but I have faith that someone (or some group of people) will rise to the occasion and help me out (or I figure out skope :)).
