Onikobe
Hi,Wrye Bash detected some UDR, which weren't picked up by XEdit (or XEdit, just didn't bother to clean them, idk),now I have no idea what i'm about these. I can type in the form ID in XEdit, but that doesn't really tell me,what to do about the UDR or which entry is the one causing problems.Hopefully someone here can help me with this.UDR in question: Detected 3 dirty mods:• Ebonvale.esp:• UDR: 8• Skyrim.esm: 06E083 - REFR attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 009693), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 00003C 'Tamriel') at (8, -7)• Skyrim.esm: 09F361 - ACHR attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 000D74), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 00003C 'Tamriel') at (0, 0)• Skyrim.esm: 0A7E64 - REFR attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 000D74), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 00003C 'Tamriel') at (0, 0)• Skyrim.esm: 0A7E65 - REFR attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 000D74), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 00003C 'Tamriel') at (0, 0)• Skyrim.esm: 0A7E69 - ACHR attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 000D74), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 00003C 'Tamriel') at (0, 0)• Skyrim.esm: 0FBC25 - REFR attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 000D74), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 00003C 'Tamriel') at (0, 0)• Skyrim.esm: 10D7C7 - REFR attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 009693), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 00003C 'Tamriel') at (8, -7)• Skyrim.esm: 10D7C9 - REFR attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 000D74), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 00003C 'Tamriel') at (0, 0) • Valdmire.esp:• UDR: 3• Skyrim.esm: 0E8591 - NAVM attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 009A8C 'aaaCastleValdmireExt'), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 00003C 'Tamriel') at (-3, -7)• Skyrim.esm: 100085 - NAVM attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 009A6C), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 00003C 'Tamriel') at (-4, -6)• Skyrim.esm: 10008A - NAVM attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 009A8D), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 00003C 'Tamriel') at (-4, -7) • Signs_of_Skyrim.esp:• UDR: 2• Skyrim.esm: 1074B7 - REFR attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 008ED4 'DawnstarExterior09'), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 00003C 'Tamriel') at (7, 24)• Skyrim.esm: 10E3B8 - REFR attached to Exterior CELL (Skyrim.esm: 038382 'WindhelmCandlehearthHallExterior'), attached to WRLD (Skyrim.esm: 01691D 'WindhelmWorld') at (32, :cool:Example of what one of the entries looks like in XEdit (used the second from above):
smokydragon123
I noticed the same thing with Fallout 4 esm's. 2 of them that were cleaned with xEdit, Wyre bash showed UDR's in 2 of them. Not sure if I should run that remove world orphans or not, and if that would finish cleaning them. I also see you have got no responses. I do know sometimes dirty edits are needed. I have seen some mods that the author said would not work right if they were cleaned. Since xEdit is newer, and up to date. I'am not sure I should trust Wyre Bash atleast not without more info. I hope someone with more knowledge on the matter will respond to your question. If cleaning them with xEdit helps then. Finishing the job with Wyre Bash should be okay I'am just not sure. thumbincubation
There was some discussion/debate a while back, about the 4 series of xedit not detecting all the things to be cleaned. With the understanding that I don't know enough about it to form a valid opinion or judgement, I recall one of the suggestions being to attempt old school cleaning with the 3 series xedit, the old way (apply filter for cleaning, etc.) You might move your file to a safe place, copy and paste the copy back into data, and then give the copy a cleaning with the older xedit, see if/how many UDRs it picks up, compared to the list you have above.
