demidekidasu
Can't beat a bit of fuzzy fur :P Couldn't resist lol But seriously, perhaps one day - however I think it's highly unlikely I'm afraid.

demidekidasu
True, true. I do like me some PhysX. I don't think that is something modders could implement though lol
Oblivious12
Not on their own, no. It would require a team of modders.
demidekidasu
I doubt even a team of them would be able to do it, PhysX is a technology owned by Nvidia. It's not like you can just magically put it into any random game :P

6TemplaR9
If you can rewrite the graphical portion the gameengine, do it. CreationEngine does NOT support DX10/11.Oh and if you're going to do it, please send the decoded source of the game to the SKSE team... Seriously:I think it would be possible to do via an SKSE like launcher, but your game would freeze to death or maybe with 2 Radeon 7990 in CrossFire, some GBs of RAMDisc for your game and the strongest APU to be found (launcher made to run on 64-bit) it would be possible to get constant 20 FpS. The problem is that you need to load all DX11 and DX9 stuff, then remove the DX9 stuff all of this at runtime!

Even then, what would be the point? It's not like you can just switch it on and BOOM! - UBER CRYSIS GRAFIX MELT YER COMPUTER FTW. Putting aside the millions of potential errors and whatnot, it would look exactly the same as now unless someone then went on to re-work all the effects and take advantage of DX11's extra features. Which is not realistically possible without the full SDK(we will never be given access to that, and I mean never). Also, DX11 theoretically runs faster than DX9. Depends how many DX11 features are being used though, of course. Use lots of fancy stuff and obviously it will run slower than the console-friendly DX9 visuals lol

steve40
While you're at it, please implement native stereoscopic 3D and convert the game to 64 bit. Tx.Edit: oh, and please add TressFX hair. Edited June 5, 2013 by steve40
