Moksha8088
I once had crashing when entering any of the places in Riverwood. Turned out I had installed SKSE64 incorrectly. Reinstalled SKSE64 and the problem was solved.
NexusKnight
@anjenthedog...thank you I did read this one too. @Moksha8088: thank you, I'll have a look at the Youtube video on this...but the game is running fine now. I only have one reasonable explanation of this latest CTD...I read somewhere that if Delphine gets killed before getting to tSG Inn, then the game will crash upon entering. And I presumed that was the case for me when I had a wildlife mod installed. When I returned in a new game after I removed the wildlife, there was no crash. And thus I presume for my latest dilemma, I had arrived at the Inn too early for Delphine to be there and also CTD. This is somewhat explained by my slower approach to the Inn allowing her to arrive? IDK. All I know is that my game's working fine now except for 1 inexplicable CTD.
Anselmp
I remembered trying the Ningheim race in Legendary some years ago, so I have looked it up again to see if it was viable under SE. My impression on reading what details I could find was that this has not been adapted for SE and that any installation would be somewhat more complicated than other races (such as Golden Saints) that have been adapted, and would still be less likely to work. You may be able to get the body features but not the rest. Also, there are mods that need to be added later in the game and may cause conflicts at the beginning, the obvious case being Helgen Reborn which specifically tells you not to install it until a few days after leaving Helgen the first time. You have mods that require to be reinstalled after adding mods to which they may refer, such as Qwinn's, and of course GenerateFNIS has to be re-run whenever you change an animation file.
