HELP! "No custom launch command has been set."

To start off, I am new to the whole downloading and playing mods business, this is my first time doing so. I did all the requirements and watch the turorials on how to download the Nexus Mod Manager and at the moment it worked and my only game included in it is Fallout New Vegas. My problem is that even though I downloaded some mods like the FOOK - New Vegas and the New Vegas Bounties (one and two) and I activated and selected them in the plug-ins, the game wont run with the mods. My computer runs the regular game perfectly fine, but whenever I press "Launch Custom Fallout: New Vegas", it just says "no custom launch command has been set". Also, my manager doesn't show the FOOK mod even though I activated it. I have made sure that the mods are checked in the plug-ins section. I tried having only one mod activated at a time. I tried unchecking the dlc I own and only leave the mod and the regular game. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling each mod and trying each step, but none of these work. Please, somebody, try to help me because I bought this game for PC because I wanted to expirience all the mods and maybe continue and mod Skyrim later, but this problem keeps getting in the way. I have attached a screenshot of both the "mods" section and the "plug-in" section. I hope it helps and thank you for your assistance.

Much Appreciated
