Skawtyy
Hello,I have an Alienware M14X R2 and I use many mods. My Skyrim game has always worked perfectly up until about a month ago, my computer had it's harddrive replaced by a technician. When I reinstalled Skyrim, none of my Dawnguard DLC data was there, so I uninstalled Skyrim and reinstalled it for a second time.It is also worth noting that I recovered all the mods I had previous been using and they functioned perfectly during my first attempt to play. The only issue I had was with the missing DLC data.Since the second reinstall, my game works fine up until I hit "Continue", and then after a few seconds on the loading screen it crashes to the desktop with no error message. I turned off all my mods and still had the same problem. I also tried everything from the Sound glitch to turning the graphics all the way down and to no avail.Someone suggested possible corrupt save data, so I went to start a new game, and at that point the game just became stuck on the loading screen and I eventually had to force the game to close via the Task Manager. I tried this several times with the same outcome. I don't know what else to do. Absolutely nothing is different since the first time I played after getting my new harddrive except that I un/reinstalled the game. I don't know what else to do... Can anyone offer help???
