How to Make Enemies see in the Dungeon's half-light

I am aware of people usually been searching for the way to take away a nightvision ability from hostile NPC, to make PC sneaking and crawling in the dark easier. Well, I am sorta at the other end of this problem.

 

I am suffering from enemies feel helpless sometimes. When down in the dungeon, 'sleeping' draugr need me to step close, to have me extremely next to them, otherwise they won't see me, won't leave their 'bed' or 'nest' or how'd you call it, won't awake from sleep. I hope to find a way for NPC - at least the undead ones - to retrieve the ability of seeing in the dark and semi dark.

 

I wish I knew which script or esm record rulls the detection level. Can I check it via Tes5Edit?

 

Not sure wich mod in my load order list is responsible for the enemies having lost their nightvision abilities partially. What I have in my load order is (among other mods):

 

EnhancedLightsandFX

ClimatesOfTamriel-Dungeons-Hardcore

 

But these mods seem to only change lighting range in the cell. And it's not a pitch dark down there. Have no idea what changes the NPC detection range in such a dramatic way.

 

This is how it "works" (the battle gets spoiled due to NPC being unable to attack me all at once):
