I am a Noob when it comes to Modding never done that before but i want to start because of Fallout 3 and NV such Great Games.....Maybe some of you have any Tips/Tricks and can explain how to start yust simply the Basics and maybe some you could Name some starter Programms or Tutorials.i would really apreciate any help thx to all.
