forzimbras
I'm getting this error when trying to load any .esm or .esp file in the Creation Kit: "Assertion Assert File C:\_Skyrim\Code\TESV\TES Shared\misc\BGSLocalizedString.cpp Line: 2860LOCALIZATION: Error opening or reading strings file." That makes CTD since yesterday (don't know why). Any solutions? Thanks in advance.
TheGreenLion
You may go in to steam and go to Tools, right click the Creation Kit and select properties, then find where it says Verify Cache, if you are missing files it will find them and download just those. Hopefully that will clear it up.
forzimbras
I've tried that already with no luck. CK keeps crashing. I've added the lines of Dawnguard.bsa in the sresources of SkyrimEditor, and the sLanguage=ENGLISH and sLanguage=SPANISH (in my case) in Skyrim.ini, but the error it's still there. acidzebra
Yeah, CK and non-English OS and/or game = not a happy combination. You could try Go to: X:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Skyrim_default .ini and copy the row: sLanguage=GERMAN (for me it's german) into: X:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\SkyrimEditor.i niright below the [General] http://forums.steamp...d.php?t=2528824 Here's a dawnguard updated version tip Edited November 20, 2012 by acidzebra

Thank you very much
