Mod to easily recolor armors

Several years ago, i downloaded a mod from nexus that was essentually an out-of-game tool that allowed you to recolor any armor. We're talking an out of game tool, like SSEdit and wyrebash. I didn't need to bother with gimp or anything like that, the tool simply created a new copy of the armor in a different (basic) color.

I'm on a new computer now and cannot, for the life of me, remember what the tool was called. Goggle search has been useless.

I was hoping somebody might know what mod/tool i'm talking about, so I don't have to search through 70k mods.
