Ideas for Mods when Bethesda releases the SDK

If more compitent Modders than I would work first of all on a 10 player server system for the game. We could work on a Gang warfare system, and play against each other it would need to consist of a Mod downloader that could syncranise the players to the server mods. Then players could recruite gang members from the NPC,s an economy for paying gang members could be set up and a build your own gang depo. we would have to remove the fast travel thing and make a quick order system for the gangers but it could be done fairly easley

 

It would make an amazing game the dogs bollocks

I have modded Oblivion and managed to make new 3d items and missions so would not know how to do this but im sure some of you guys could. I am willing to help out in any way i can mabe when the editor comes out.

 

I always wanted to play a gang war with friends on Oblivion and had to settle for a 1 on 1 mutiplayer Bloodbowl i managed to build a stadium and make some teams.

Gang Warfare.

 

After more thought i would love to see the Multiplayer Gang game.

If the 10 player server was available Players should log in and must come back once per week to be remembered. When a player starts he starts off at the edge ish of the map. His or her start location is an HQ shack building. they could spend scrap and other items to build addons for there camp

 

1. Barracks. Consists of 3 beds that means you can recruit 3 Gang member if you can find them. you can have upto 15 of these.

 

2. Food Store. This will reduce the food needed to feed your gang, Maybe this could be upgraded to get better reduction.

 

3. Bar. This will attract outsiders to recruite

 

 

4. General store Now a player can set up a store and assign an NPC to trade goods while player is not online.

 

5. Training camp. Here you can assign defensive training to your Gang NPC's teach them to walk partoles. a player can assign a rotor to NPC's

 

6. medical bay NPC's can be trained to administer 1st ade If a ganger is killed there should be a random generator to see if they are dead outright or if they have 30 minutes to be revived. NPC could be trained to act as a medic for there team or a player can revive a dieing NPC if the can reach them.

 

7. Wall Speaks for its self really.

 

8.Tower this would place a tower around the wall Max 4

 

9. Lab

 

10.Workshop

 

11. defensive guns

 

 

 

Once this is done Flashpoint in the waste lands between players could be set up. this will be a terrortory system.

 

1. Food factory this is a place where food can be generated to feed gang. this must be ferried back to base.

 

2. Petol Station Petrol will be needed to run your building lighing and defensive

automated guns this must be ferried back to base

 

3. Ammo dumps here gangs will generate an amout of amunition per Hour this must be ferried back to the armoury at base

 

4. Radio station X1 Here a player can broadcast to other players over the mic and play any MP3's on there machine. if players is offline a default playlist will be broadcast

 

5. Drugs factories Here you can assign NPC's to get other gang members hooked. again they will have to be ferried back to base.

 

6. Strip joint here is trading facility and will product cash.

 

7. casino Here you can set up a casino and bet for Caps

 

8. Slave point ere players can buy slaves for use in factories or other facilities.

 

 

 

As i said when an Player or NPC dies they are subject to a random injury script. They can be dead outright, or Dieing 30 minutes till death, or Out 30 minutes will be revived and will return to base. During this time a rival player can loot the body. An NPC will only take 2 randoms items off body if there are no enermys around. If an NPC is a medic and has stimpack they will revive own NPC and players they will not put themself in halm to do so.

 

We could also insert a team speak type of thing that would broadcast to anyone in a radius. If you have an ham radio you can broadcast to any Ham in range. A new item then can be added.

2. Portibal areal to increace range.

 

 

NPC's can be giver this equiptment so you can stay in order range of them.

 

 

A replerish system will need to be set up if a NPC dies a new one will have to be generated off map they will now return to the game in a new charater and can be rerecruited to a gang.

 

Dirty tricks

 

 

You can talk NPC's into being in your gang. Gangers will only attack other gang colours so if you dont wear some you can talk to them and maybe talk them into your gang. This will need a leader rating and have good skills in talking to NPC's If a ganger is attacked they will react

 

A disguise system should be setup so players can try and visit rival base towns but an NPC will have a chance at recognising you if you speak to them This would be linked to the Gang Leader rating the higher the rating the more chance you will be spotted this is a percentage based on your gange size and terrotory owned.and will be split between all the players.

 

 

Gang sumits can be set up to invite another gange free passage to your Town if the rival gang excepts they will not fight each other on sight. They will trade with your Gand in you shops, bars and Casino's

 

Some non player gangs can be added too. Maybe a police faction that will try and aresst players and NPC for gang warfare in certain zones

 

 

This could be the best game ever.

 

 

 

Any more ideas and loads of new aremour and weapons and kit and nice living diggs

Portable bear traps would be good. Workbench ability to enhance your basic weapons, like rate of fire, damage, and bullet exchange.

 

I would also like to see more unboarded up houses and buildings.

 

I could do with a few more defender missions like that in the archives building. Purchasable robots and perhaps building some types from your workbench.

 

I would like to see the chemistry set become a type of workbench, where you could make stempacks and medx instead of the random creation.

 

The ability to use some of those motorcycles or smaller vehicles, or even the giant radsquirpions.

 

Ability to use cigs, perhaps giving you more ap for a bit.

 

More perks and skematics v1. v2. v3. ect..

 

I would love to see any one or all of these in future mods!

im not a big star wars fan, BUT! i wouldnt mind seeing the Boba Fett a.k.a. bounty hunter armor in here. I know there will be hundreds of Starwars ports over on FO3, but i think at least the fett armor would fit, with the rustic, worn look.

Craft-able pipe bombs! I mean, with all the detergent and lead pipes laying around, why can't we make our own? (Yeah - I know, we can make Nuka Grenades. But, I mean, come on - how many people know how easy it is to make a pipe bomb? And does anyone really use the Lead Pipe as a weapon?)

 

Tazers/non-lethal "take down" kinds of weapons. (As an alternative to the Mezzer.)

 

Cattle prods. (They had them in FO2!)

 

RadScorpion venom should disable the Player, just as it does when used in the Dart Gun. I mean, they sting prey for that very reason! To start to poison them, and make it so that they can't get away.

 

Molotov cocktails! All those empty bottles just laying around, hardly worth the 1 cap to collect and lug around. Rock-It-Launcher ammo? phah! Let us make some incendiary grenades! Again, simple, easy to do in real life. But, In FO3 we can't? Come on!

 

The ability to Use an item on NPCs. Like meds - rather than simply have the ability to trade them to an NPC, let me have the ability to apply a med/drug on a Companion; apply a drug to an NPC (it would be a hostile act if detected, of course) and try to force them to OD. (Again, we had that option in the other Fallout titles.)

 

Those are just a start!

a shivering isal type port wich sends you to a unkown land (iperal city) and you try to figuer out what the hell is going on and why trees have leaves again.

 

like the city is floting above the land but some whater and caves are there itacts and have it so you have to go thru the isals of madness (hmmm...a clan fear vs a minigun oh but how absurd :rolleyes: ) and we can finnaly have some good soroweds and imagen a impearl gard next to a palidan,lolz and runnig the wastes in green garments and a mini nuke it'ed be fantastic even more so if the whole land was involed and insted of a pipboy a map and scrolls

 

and if we do have a full land we can have a guy named dr.gercksoffz who made a time machine buts to much of a whimp to try it out and even beter if we could use the omods on it

 

it'd be magical

 

and remember it's all fun and games till GFWL shows up.
