Good mods to get use out of 'macro keys'?

If you don't know these keys can have any number of other keys assigned to them, which makes them kind of weird to work with.

 

Is there any mod that uses, or is designed to work with macro keys specifically?

 

Here's an example of what I am talking about.

the 'new' buttons my keyboard has are

 

Win on/off (Turns Windows key on/off)

A/B (switches between the A/B on the following keys)

A1/B1

A2/B2

A3/B3

A4/B4

A5/B5

A6/B6

 

(On the raised panel)

D1

D2

D3

D4

D5

D6

 

All in all that's 18 new keys my keyboard has, yet I get no use out of them, I've tried looking at mods, but most of them just modify the 1-10 keys and put 'cycles' on them and such, which is just silly in my opinion, and I already don't use these keys for hotkeys because I have those set to steer my skyships (I have 1-6 buttons on my mouse, and I use them for this so I walk on deck easier)

 

Any suggestions on mods that might fit the bill on what I'm looking for? The only one I've found I like is this one http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3865 which sadly requires script dragon, which I have no intentions of downloading for just one mod.
