Anyone know the ID for Boiled Leather Armor from Common Clothes and Armors?

Nope, but presuming that you have a mod installed that provides said armor, you can probably find out by using console

 

> help "boiled" (or similar)

 

alternatively, you might also try dropping the armor, then opening console and targeting the armor

Load your mod in xedit, search for your boiled armor, and you only need to change the first 2 numbers to the real load order.

I'm curious... what is xedit? I have SSEdit. is that the same thing?

 

... NVM ... I did a quick google search, and apparently SSEdit is the special edition version of xedit.
