Issue of game detected Update / dlc at each start

Hi,

i have installed some mods but now each time I start the game it's detecting new content and all the changes I made with AMM are not saved at all.

Also i've installed the Companion mod but i'm not able to bring up the menu even by remapping keys.

Can someone help me ?
