combat Magic modification

Hello,

I'm requesting a small change to combat magic.

Combat magic passive now make Strength equal to magic.

 

Why ?

Because like that, using any ability that require str while having specced arcane warrior will be easier .

 

 

Of course, it would need a tweak to make the bonus strength not affect melee damage.
