TerraMcCloud Posted November 21, 2012 Share Posted November 21, 2012 Im just wondering if anyone who has made capes for oblivion in the past can make a special cape for me, I was hoping for a dark black cape with this image on it. If you can use the CS you could copy their capes into your own mod or just instal the New Valen mod and go buy/steal/kill for a cape from the wood elves there.
