LE Vampire Eyes Glow Setting

Now, I'm one of the people who likes the glowing eyes of a Skyrim Vampire and I think it makes my Breton female look a tad bit more badass. There is one thing I don't like though, and that is that they glow constantly. From what my limited brain capacity can get, the Skyrim Vampires does not want to draw unnecessary attention to themselves, which is what I think glowing eyes in broad daylight does.

I've been poking around the nexus for a bit in search for a mod that does the little trick I look for, but has so far been unable to find what I'm looking for, which is why I raise the topic here:

Is there already a mod any of you guys know of, or are able to create (as I'm like uuh, horrible at modding myself) that sets the vampire eyes to glow only during nighttime as opposed to always as they do now, preferably supporting custom eye colors (sorta irrellevant fact, but I use a mod that changes my character's eyes to red, with red glow. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22084 if interested). I'd love to see just a red iris during daylight, while glowing red eyes during night.
