Batsplosion occurs when swinging weapon

I have no idea what is causing this, but whenever I swing a weapon, even if I don't hit anything, bats and blood explode out of any nearby NPCs along with an explosion sound effect (note that this does not do damage to them or otherwise aggro them). Screenshot is attached.

 

 

 

I have numerous mods installed and I am certain that it is being caused by one of them in some form or another, I just have no idea which. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here is the full list:
