Bandits won't attack me (but all other enemies I've tested do)

I don't know exactly how long it's been going on, but I discovered, upon taking up a couple bounties, that no bandits were hostile towards me. They all offered basic dialogue, like "Hey" or "Yeah?" I've researched the issue and none of the solutions I've found have worked for me. I've tried adding/removing myself from factions, changing the rep for those factions, I've sorted my load order with LOOT and tried to do so with BOSS but I could never figure it out. It's nothing world-ending or worth starting over my save for, especially since most other enemies seem to function normally. Guards will still attack when provoked, the Vampires in Castle Volkihar still attack me when I hit one (I'm siding with them) and the Dawnguard still hates me as well. No creatures experience this issue, as I'm still able to fight wolves, dragons, and modded enemies. I'm not sure what to do here, and I would really hate to spend so much time going through the entire list. I started the process, but I don't know how far I can go with the time I have daily. One possible lingering cause in my mind is that I am mixing Nexus and Workshop mods, which usually doesn't cause any problems. I'm not sure if that's the case here.
