GECK Help?

Hello,

I have a question about the GECK, in specifics Factions/reputation. I made a faction that has members in it. How do i get it so when i kill a member of Caesar's Legion or any enemies of my faction I gain Fame with My custom faction? or killing specific people in the Legion such as Caesar himself? If I'm not Clear please let me know. Its late and I'm tired. so yeah. :hurr:
