Is this illegal in nexus chat?

Hello,im new here.I want to ask a question,is admitting that you're banned from your older accounts is illegal in chat.example:"my account was banned 2 years ago"replied to friend.Can you give me a detailed answer for this question,some answers are not very detailed.anyways,thank you for your kindness on replying.

If you're admitting that a previous account was banned, then you are admitting to ban evasion, which will get you a permanent ban from the Nexus and any un-ban appeals will likely be denied.

I can never for the life of me work out why people admit to having been banned here before, or even wanting to admit it. It's up there with admitting to piracy on the list of utterly stupid things you can do to get banned here.
