Immersive Landury and Immersive Citizens navmesh clipping patch request

Hi there would someone please be able to make a patch beatwean Immersive Landury and immersive citizens ?

Some landry added for example in riverwood where alvor is make it so that new stands from immersive citizens clip right through the laundry could someone experience in patching navmesh and these kind of thing be able to make a patch for these two great mods please ?

 

I dont understand why afther so many years no one did notice this clipping beatwean these two great mods
