LE Looking for help with a mod adding quest

I looking for help adding quest to the esp version. I have watched tutorials but I am not very good at scripting. I have most of the quest done to get the castle it is just not working help would nice not sure where I went wrong. It is also my understanding I cant add quest to esm file is that correct.

Quest I would like to do.

Would like to add quest to get key.

Quest to kill the ghost in the old armory. (That rewards a blades gear)

Quest to Kill the ghost in the old dungeon. (That rewards rare rapiers)

Quest to talk to a guy named scion in scion's reach. Who will send you to find rare pieces of armor. (Looking for permission to add paladin armor for this quest atm).

 

I also have requests to add random attacks to the castle not sure how to do that either.
