Game freezing and crashing

Hey all!

Im sorry for posting this but i could really use some help, i love using mods and as you can imagen with alot of mods come alot of issues, i usually can handle and fix smaller issues and search up anything i cant, but ive been having problems with the game crashing and/or freezing a few miniutes after playing, ive had an overall search and i know it has to be 1 or more of the mods i use but i struggle to figure out which ones.

This is why im making this post, any help or suggestions will help me. Its not game breaking and i still play the game but it gets annoying and tedious.
