All Witcher related armor mods and so on add the Wolf medallion, except for the Ultimate Witcher Experience, which also adds a Viper medallion, though I still feel the need for the other Witcher School medallions, especially the Cat School medallion, it being rather aestethic, and also being Ciri's own medallion!
