antstubell
When travelling to new worlds that us modders make we always get same old Skyrim map when we press M. What's the procedure for making a new map for my new world? Is there a tutorial I can use?
ChampionOfHircine
I think you just have to add LOD to your worldspace. The world map is actually made from the LOD files. Not 100% sure though.
scrivener07
No idea about custom world spaces but tamriel uses the most distant lod as the map menu texture. The files are....\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.0.0.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.0.32.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.0.-32.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.0.-64.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.32.0.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.-32.0.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.32.32.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.32.-32.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.-32.32.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.-32.-32.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.32.-64.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.-32.-64.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.-64.0.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.-64.32.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.-64.-32.dds..\Data\Textures\terrain\Tamriel\tamriel.32.-64.-64.dds
AlexanderJVelicky
ChampionOfHircine is correct. If you generate and properly set up LOD for your custom worldspace the map will change to match it.

I watched a tutorial about it by you. Great tutorial, hard at first but really worth it. While I have your attention Mr. Velicky when I use Oscape to set up ground LOD I get texture "blackouts" with some textures from a distance which then popin as you approach. Any ideas why I get this?
