CTDs in Wilderness, Angry Tanning Racks?

Oookay, so... hey. I don't like posting in forums and such, but I sort of need to. I think my game wants me dead.

 

Computer specs:

Intel® Core i7-2760QM CPU @ 2.40GHz

16 GB Ram

706 GB free space

NVIDIA High Definition Audio

 

I'm pretty sure that, whatever the issue is, it doesn't have to do with my laptop not being able to handle this game, but who knows?

I've got Skyrim, Dawnguard, and Hearthfire if any of that is relevant as well.

 

Here's the deal:

I've been experiencing CTDs on occasion, usually when walking around the wilderness (location doesn't seem to matter really; I can't find any correlation between the incidences) or when riding a horse. I've grown kind of tired of it so I started logging with Papyrus to see what was going on, which was pretty pointless seeing as how I have no idea what it's going on about. I let my sister use my laptop from time to time to play Skyrim, and she will occasionally add or change mods haphazardly, so between the two of us there's a good chance something's been messed up badly... I just don't know what.

 

Here's the log. It's huge. Is it supposed to be this huge? ....I guess the significant stuff is at the bottom?

So anyways, I ran BOSS and rearranged my load order to see if that would help (I attached the BOSS log, but do note that I rearranged the mods from that as well, namely moving realistic lighting to the bottom of the list), and it sort of worked until I tried to use a tanning rack, first in Winstad Manor, and the oddest thing happened. The tanning rack worked fine, but there were strange noises playing, like weapons clattering around. I felt like I was in Poltergeist or something. When I stopped tanning, the sounds stopped. I wasn't sure if it was a specific tanning rack so I went to Whiterun and tested the first one there and the game CTD'ed. I tried one in Riften and it did the same thing, but the tanning rack in Winstad Manor still works, albeit with the sounds of flailing weapons playing.

 

Honestly, I don't understand one bit of this.
