I decided to install New Vegas for the 5th or 6th time but instead of going all out with modding it, I decided to keep it simple, so I follow this modding guide (https://www.reddit.com/r/fnv/wiki/moddingguide). But when I go to the display settings ingame, I get a bug like this one: https://pasteboard.co/IU0ypk1.jpg Did I do something wrong or is this normal since the light and specularity fade settings are edited?
