New Storyline Idea

I have an idea.After the ending, you are in front of a crowd of people applauding you, the crowd and location will be a different faction depending on who you sided with.You are then greeted by a man named Herbertie, who says he will have an award for you, but you need to follow him.You enter a room and enter a state of unconciousness after being hit in the head.You then wake up on a sidewalk in a ruined city, with a giant stone ceiling.You find out that you are brought to an underground Pre-War prison used to test weapons, and when the war started, it was cut off from the world, so they had a limited supply of food.They could hunt the animals that lived there, but most of them were far too strong.Since they were left a huge supply of military-grade weaponry, they turned to cannibalism and started kidnapping people from the surface.After a few generations the city of "Judicial Progress", (called that because people were sent there to have new technologies tested on them) turned to COMPLETE chaos.There are many factions trying to bring the city to order in their own ways.The Officers, an anarchist group, believes it should have a judicial system but no actual government.The Equalists believe they should have a government but absolutely EVERYONE gets exactly the same amount of power.Then there's the hunters, a motorbike-style gang with a pack of deathclaws with mind-control devices, but the devices cause them to become more weak, believe it should have an Iron-Fisted leader and a strict judicial system.And finally, The Burrowers.A group of environmentalists who believe they should expand the prison and let everyone live in their own cave.Everyone disagrees with one another.You can side with one and help them take over, or unite all of them through corruption and replacing their leaders, bribery, convincing, and extra tasks.There are many things you can do.For instance, you can gain a new perk called "Killer King/Killer Queen", which allows new dialog options.What do you think?Contact me if you're interested in its development.
