Creature Automatron Companions

So I used to use a mod a while back called Dogmetal which is an amazing mod, but I recently started thinking, what about other creatures of the Commonwealth? Dogs are awesome, but what about a robobear? Or a little catdroid? Maybe even a roachbot? All of which could have their own benefits and detriments, such as the robobear having very high health, strong, and a high carrying capacity, but it's slow, perhaps can't sneak, and is easy to spot.

 

These creatures would all be built in the robot workbench just like other automatrons, and could have various designs to slightly change it's appearance (Dogmetal could be equipped to look like a deathclaw, it's adorable).

I've thought along similar lines.

I'd love to see maybe a copy of the robot workbench that deals exclusively in these bots that aren't comprised of individual parts.

If the workbench could include the nicer Power Armour workstation and a port to plug the pip-boy in that would be awesome.

Then it could be implied that you are able to create the machines because your pip-boy has record of them, after you've met Arlen Glass/completed quest XYZ etc.

 

I'd love to see it create;

-Giddyup Buttercup, 1:1 scale Buttercups that walk around like a cat or a Brahmin might, stay near children and create happiness. In vanilla yellow, the white from the poster, and blue if constructed with the Buttercup head from the Horse Raider PA CC (name should be forced on this individual).

 

-Sentinel Control System Suits, place a power armour frame on the workbench to get the option to create additional sentinel control systems.

 

**-The scrap robot seen plowing a field in concept art. (I'd actually prefer this guy to be modular and in the main workbench)

 

-Eyebots, yes there's a mod for that but these are like presets, Sonya MK3, Nuka-world etc.

 

-Gen 1 Synth
