CTD on save load, post reformat/reinstall

Ever since my hard drive died and I had to reinstall skyrim , I have been unable to load my old save game with over 60 hours of playtime. I have tried with and without mods, matching the old ones exactly etc. Here is my log from papyrus, if you have any ideas please let me know. I have tried looking all over the net and I just don't know enough about the inner workings of Skyrim to figure this out.
