Riverwood CTD/Stuck in loading screen

Hey there,

so I have an annoying problem. Whenever I go near Riverwood I crash to desktop. When I try to fast travel to Riverwood, Im stuck in the loading screen forever, until I open the Task Manager and close the not responding skyrim.exe. I have a few mods installed but none of them change Riverwood heavily. What is strange is that it worked before, but now when I have to do the quest where I have to retrieve the horn of this Windcaller person, it starts doing this. BOSS helped only for fixing the CTD I get when starting a new game. In this new started game, I can go to Riverwood without any problems.

EDIT: After trying to play normally on a new save it does all the things listed above again. I cant explain how or why it didnt crash the first time.
