I installed that mod, and then tried to use it for the game. The spell was in my characters list before I got to choose my character's class. Then it vanished and it isn't there anymore. The quest is still available and the wolf is there, but I can't summon him unless I choose his ID and console teleport him to me. Is there a way for me to get the spell back on my list or is there a way I can find out the spell ID so I can add it again?

An easy way to fix that is to disable the mod until you've been through character gen and preferably the sewer exit.

 

Exit the game and re-enable the mod. It will work properly then. It's a quest that's set to start as soon as you load your game whether it's a new game or not.

You should wait until after char gen to enable quests unless they say they will only start at a certain point.

I downloaded a saints armor mod and RobertsMaleBody V4 and when i tried to extract data contents from the file, and put it in my oblivion data folder... nothing happened this have been happening to me for a long time and its getting very aggravating
