Kolagon
I have spent hours trying to find a home for a blacksmiith/enchanter, but I haven't found the perfect one. Alot of them focus on having too many manikins, every crafting table, or objects placed in a unrealistic way, display cases for daedric artifacts/DLC/Masks/etc for the sake of keeping track for completinest. Is there any homes built for a blacksmith but done in a realistic way? I don't mean a smelter underground where the smoke has no way of escaping. anjenthedog
Waterview Rifken is a pretty nice home. The smithing stuff is outside behind the livestock stalls, the enchanters are inside. Yes the inside still has some clutter, but it's pretty reasonable (except for the two manikins, which I'd just as soon delete... they creep me out when they magically leave their bases). It has beau coup planting spaces too, (also can plant fruit trees and adds "WV fruits") in case you use food, can make soap in its soap pot out back on the porch, has a shower, can make butter, can make fabric too. And if you're into immersion it even has some sort of "eating" animations that are triggered when sitting at the dining table. Oh, and it has a "bunkhouse" located just across the road for up to 6 followers. No children though. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17500
