Yup sure, I've literally done next to nothing but playing on higher difficulty pushes lower levels fast so anyone seen a mod that puts this off till.. I don't know, say lvl 18 (would say 20 but less chance of interfering with the museum courier) to at least give me a logical chance at doing something to gain notoriety and enough time for the Jarl to hear of it and dispatch a courier.
