Hair and Armor mod does not work

hello

first of all sorry for my bad English.

I have a problem.

I ddowload the nexus mod manager and some mods.

For exampel the AppachiiSkyHair mod, and the Diano Armor mod, and activate them in the nexus mod manager

When I go to the game, evrything is like before.

The hair of the npc is the same as without mod, and teh armor of Lydia looks also still the same.

A other mod that includes another follower works without problems, so I think dont no why these to mods dont work, but the other mod does.

For the Diano Armor, I don't know, but the ApachiiHair mod does not replace anything, it only adds hairs which you can chose when you create a new character. Of course, there are a few replacers, like this ApachiiSkyHair NPC Overhaul.
