Odd Gender texture overlay, help?

I am having a strange issue, and was hoping someone would be able to help.

 

Last night i started a new playthrough chose female as my gender and Lunari as race...all went well played for a while and saved.

I load in this morning and.... well see the pic o_O

Ive tryed removing mods, and reinstiling mods, nothing seems to work, can anyone help please?
