Different parts of the map causing crashes

So im minding my own busissness just killed a few bandits travling the road, and all of a sudden crash no error report or anything. So i think to myself maby a mod is bugged, maby i have to many mods. Cause it cant be a graphics card error only had it for 2 weeks (Geforce GT 630). Anyways i load up the game wait for several mins nothing happens walk over the same part of the road where i crashed just mins before, and i crash again. Is there anyway to fix this? Cause whos to say that theres other areas in the game that will cause the game to crash.

 

TL;DR Is there a way to stop certin areas of the game not to cause a crash.?

@Advikis: There have been many posts on crashes in certain areas. I don't know where you are crashing or what mods you have, so it's difficult to give advice. Generally, I can only say you might have too many mods maxing out memory or you might have a mod conflict of which you are unaware. You can test that by methodically removing mods and test for the crash. Also, you may have to revert to a previous save game where you had a cleaner mod configuration because of a presently corrupt save game. Make certain your load order is sound by using BOSS. Load order can make all the difference.

ill upload my mod list so you can have a better look. But i didnt DL any new mods today and all yesterday the game was working perfect. And for the locations its around south of the throat of the world. I was walking from Helgen to Ivarstead for the main quest line, walked up a certin hill and crash. There was another area around that same location in which i walked by which also caused me to crash.

I dont get a break. At all, i load up my most recent file game crashes during loading screen. I load up a file from 6 gameplay hours ago game crashes during loading screen. I load up my brothers character game loads up fine. I dont get it, anything i can do to save my character? would uninstalling the game fix everything?

Question: Is your brother's mod config the same as yours?

That's a heavy list. Actually looks fun, though I don't recognize everything on it. At first glance, there are some active warnings you might want to tend to. Also, I noticed that you do not have the Unofficial Skryim Patch. It may not affect you, but it may help. Worth a try.

 

But load screen ctd is something else. Could mean missing master files. You could untick all your mods and see if it will load. Are you getting any error warnings from the game as it crashes? And how big are your save games now? What level character?

Yea me and my brother pretty much use some of the same mods. I havnt tried turning off any of the spell caster mods not sure if it will mess up his game once he loads it up.

 

But as warnings there are none, Skyrim just closes out nothing else no messages no nothing.

 

Master files should be there i havnt went into the game folder at all today nor yesterday (but im reinstalling hope that fixes any problem if any)

 

as for the character level 29 and 5191 KB not sure if thats to big or what, acctually all my save files are around that size

 

 

Not sure if it means anything tho but i have 4096 MB of ram on my pc

Ok so i can rule out my addons, due to the fact that i re installed skyrim downloaded the unoficial patch my save file still crashing and my cousins still loading properly

Your specs looks fine. Your savefile/character level is normal. I guess, the question is, what has changed since you last played a stable game? Graphics card driver? Did you update to Bethesda 1.8? Because some mod files haven't been updated yet, but perhaps need to be. That requires checking with each mod page. And skse, if you use it.

 

Have your tried loading with no mods checked yet? I would be interested to know if it loads and plays out. I know this can be time consuming. Believe me when I tell you, everyone has to do this stuff at some point. Mods bring stability risk into the game. Since you and your brother seem to share the computer, could he have changed something for his character that you aren't aware of?

 

Oh, gosh, I forgot. Verify cache through steam. That will let you know that your reinstalled game files are all correct.

Game still crashes with out any mods and i have 1.8, i only got the game not even a week ago and i learned that steam auto updates. But i bit the bullet and started a new game, i was using a custom race not sure if that could play any part in the crashing. But i just hope that my game is fine since i reinstalled it(no more random crashes at certin points)
