Wolfstorm Posted February 15, 2020 Posted February 15, 2020 I have this idea of a hammer which could penetrate armor easily, ignoring all weapon resistance. There was a nasty 16th century weapon which was used specifically against plate armor, targetting knights while they were on horseback. It was the lucerne hammer, a pole weapon used by swiss soldiers. So I'm making the request here, for some artist to make a lucerne hammer for Skyrim. It can be provided as a modders resource as well, in which case I could add the stats. It is a pole weapon, so it would be two-handed. Just a reminder, though, that the lucerne hammer for Morrowind is not a real lucerne hammer. This hammer didnt have a solid head, but a spiked head, with four spikes. Here is a picture so you can have a idea of it: These spikes were meant to penetrate plate armor, and the pointed spearhead was to finish the knight (or to be used against non-plate armor, like chainmail for example). The back hook was to pull him from his horse. If someone already made this weapon, please let me know.
