Very large plots - Sim Settlements

This is only a idea, for someone want to build a mod, for Sim Settlements

 

i like and i use, Sim Settlements, but i want to see some time, a plot 7 x 7 or 10 x 10 or larger, build a house up very high, with many rooms.

 

Also i want to see a large plot, which can be placed on the downhill terrain, like Somerville Place settlement, or Oberland station or some other settlement. Something that can be built per level downhill, with stairs, balconies and interiors, as in any modern building block.

 

i want to see. Sim Settlements or some addon, on a large scale, constructing roads where necessary.

 

Also i want to see, Sim Settlements, check and use, all the build menus we have, and build automatic, using parts from other mods, automatic, something new and very nice. So we don't spend hours and hours for build houses and other stuff.

 

This is only a idea, and i am not search for a mod. That's all. Thanks.

2) the way Sims works make plots bigger than 3 x 3 (current largest size if I recall) a pain to build

Every time i put plots, close together, 3 or 4, after a few minutes, the game crash. i read somewhere that can build a mall with 3 commercial plots together -i don't see it happens. So now, i wait for someone, to build a Sim Settlements addon and make a large plot. Thanks for the help.

About Extreme addon, i don't know if i use it, but i keep it at my folder Fallout 4 Mods/Last choice
