Weapon mods.

Is there anyone that can make a mod that triples the amount of damage for all weapons? I know there are 'cheat' weapon mods, but they put out an ungodly amount of damage, making the game super easy. I am looking for something to make the game easier, but not 'I win' everything. The damage values of vanilla are just way too low, I feel.
